The Ambition Academy is a global programme designed to introduce a career in Recruitment to passionate and driven Consultants, with little or no recruitment experience. This is a chance to kickstart your career in recruitment and become a specialist in one of our dedicated teams. 


                                                                


Outline of the programme

During the course of the 10-week programme, you will be trained by our experienced leaders in a combination of structured sessions and practical on-the-job training. You will be experiencing the daily life of a recruitment consultant, under the guidance of your leader - from connecting with candidates, researching your market, working on live roles, offering your insights to clients and contributing to your team.


Who should apply?

Fresh grads or professionals with less than 5 years of experience with

  • Strong communications skills and ability to work in a team.
  • Drive and motivation to see results.


What are you set to gain? 

Training in the Ambition Academy is designed to give you a holistic understanding and ability to manage the 360 degree recruitment process. You can look forward to working on your communication and presentation skills, stakeholder and pipeline management as well as collaboration and teamwork. The role of a Recruitment Consultant is always fast-paced so time-management and prioritisation will be a key focus as well.

Our Talent Acquisition Consultant is gathering applications and will be following up with you to discuss the program and recruitment process further in the coming weeks. If you are shortlisted, you will be invited to the Information and Assessment Centre in our office, to meet the team and show us your potential. Final candidates will have further interviews with our leadership team soon after. If you are hired, you will start your employment with Ambition in the Academy Program!

What happens at end of the programme?

At the end of the programme, you will have completed the full 10-week training course and will be a full-fledged recruitment consultant. It's that easy!
