Senior / Process Engineer - Lithography

Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Lithography Process Engineer to join our semiconductor manufacturing team. In this role, you will take ownership of process stability, lead improvement initiatives, and support the introduction of new technologies to ensure high-quality and efficient production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to lithography-related process or quality issues, troubleshoot, and implement effective solutions.

  • Own and maintain key process documentation, including PFMEA, OCAP, Work Instructions (WI), and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

  • Identify chronic issues and lead Continuous Improvement Projects (CIPs) to enhance process stability and performance.

  • Plan, execute, and evaluate new process or package development initiatives.

  • Conduct process margin studies to assess the capability and robustness of new processes or packages.

  • Lead evaluation lots, analyze data, and report results accurately and on time.

  • Provide technical guidance and training to operations and engineering staff to resolve process issues on the production line.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of new processes or packages.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with exposure to front-end dry processes such as photolithography, plasma etching, sputtering, or relevant wet processes like electrochemical plating and wet etching.

  • Solid understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and proven problem-solving methodologies.
