Some people think being a Managing Director is just about wearing a suit, throwing around buzzwords, and taking credit for other people's work. This role is far from that.

This position is about growing a business, managing a high-performing team, and delivering results. You will be taking the lead in a cybersecurity consulting firm in Singapore, overseeing sales, delivery, and operations. You will be responsible for winning new clients, ensuring the satisfaction of existing ones, and managing a team of 20+ people across sales, delivery, and consulting.

  • You will be responsible for leading the APAC region for a global cybersecurity firm.
  • You will have full P&L responsibility, giving you real control over the business-not just a middle manager role.

What You Need to Bring:

  • Cybersecurity Sales & Business Development: You know how to sell cybersecurity services, develop client relationships, and successfully bring in new clients.
  • Leadership: You've led teams before and know how to inspire, manage, and maximize people's potential.
  • Strategy & Execution: You're someone who not only thinks strategically but can also execute plans and drive results.
  • Industry Credibility: Clients and partners trust you because you have real expertise and know the cybersecurity space inside out.
  • Experience: You have 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with 5 years in a leadership role managing people and projects.
  • Market Knowledge: You must know the Singapore and APAC market really well, as this is where you'll be operating. At the same time, you should have some international exposure, but have been long enough in Singapore to understand the local culture-because yes, you must know what "kopi di lo" means!
