With over a decade of experience in technology recruitment, I’ve had the privilege of supporting businesses in their transformation journeys across India, UK, Europe, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia. Starting as a core technology recruiter, I’ve gained expertise in every aspect of IT—spanning infrastructure, requirements gathering, development, testing, and project implementation.

I specialise in technology business transformation, focusing on senior leadership roles in project and change management. Beyond work, I make it a priority to stay active, working out 3-4 times a week and going for runs on weekends. I also have a deep interest in geopolitics and love discussing global affairs—always ready for a conversation on the latest developments.
