Business Application Consultant -ERP/CRM

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and requirements.
• Perform gap analysis and offer recommendations to improve business workflows, automate processes, and enhance reporting.
• Assist in ERP system implementations, including data conversion, configuration, and integration with existing systems.
• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive project documentation.
• Offer ongoing support and advisory services to clients for ERP and CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or Business Studies, a solid understanding of accounting principles is essential.
• A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with accounting software or ERP systems.
• Strong interest in IT advisory and a desire to help clients leverage technology to improve their business processes.
• Experience with system implementation, data migration, and user support.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work directly with clients and end-users.
