US Asset Management | Perm Client Service & Sales Support

Job description

  • Provide pre-sales and client account services (post sales) support for institutional clients
  • Junior level
  • Raffles Place/ Basic Salary up to $ 5000
  • Min Degree in Business/ Finance with ideally min 1 year experience under financial industry
  • Excellent English verbal & writing skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and send client reporting on a regular basis
  • Build and maintain client records in Salesforce and keep them up to date
  • Assist in responding to client queries and requests for information
  • Assist with the preparation for client meetings
  • Build relationships with shared service teams and investment teams
  • Coordinate marketing materials for sales prospecting, collaborating with marketing and investment teams, as necessary
  • Coordinate responses to RFPs
  • Help with the organization of sales meetings and sales events
  • Assist with client onboarding and ad hoc projects



Job Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor Degree in Finance, Economics and other relevant qualifications.
  • Min 1 year of working experience in banking/ financial industry in operation functions
  • Strong knowledge in equities/ fixed income products
  • Excellent communication skills with strong proficiency in business English (verbal and written)
  • Proficiency in Ms PowerPoint & Excel
  • Highly organized and good attention to detail
