Talent Acquisition Partner - Capital Markets

Job description

We're seeking a talented financial services recruiter to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Partner. In this role, you'll be responsible for the full life-cycle recruiting process, working closely with hiring managers to attract top talent to a leading investment firm.

As a key member of the Global Talent Acquisition team, you'll collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategic recruiting initiatives. Your focus will be on delivering an exceptional candidate experience and ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, prioritizing outstanding candidate experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers and candidates
- Conduct intake meetings to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, referrals, and cold calling
- Build and maintain talent pipelines to support ongoing hiring needs
- Conduct interviews, screen candidates, and present top applicants to hiring managers
- Manage offer process, including negotiation and closing
- Cultivate strategic vendor relationships to support recruitment efforts
- Incorporate diversity and inclusion strategies into recruiting processes
- Provide timely updates to hiring managers and HR partners on recruitment progress
- Coordinate administration of requisitions, postings, and offer letters as needed

Qualifications/Skills Required:

- 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years in capital markets/investment bank/buy-side recruiting including Middle Office and Back Office roles (finance, risk, compliance, operations)
- Self-starter with strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Results-oriented mindset with strong time management skills
- Team player with strong presentation and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
