Job description
My client is within the Tech industry providing enterprise technology solutions (hardware, software, and services) to their clients in a variety of industries. They are looking to hire a Solution Sales Consultant to join their team in their Singapore office. This is a key Sales role and you would be taking care of the growth and business development within the APJ region.
You would bring expertise in handling end-to-end sales cycle and also be able to identify new key clients and bring them onboard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify new clients in the APJ market to drive revenue growth in the areas of networking (SDN, etc.), managed services and field services.
- Develop sales strategies and position the business as the preferred choice for the customers
- Understand customer requirements and provide consultative sales to sell products based on their pain points and requirements.
- Work together with internal stakeholders to provide appropriate solutions to clients to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Manage existing accounts and build strong and lasting relationships with the customers
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 7 years or more of relevant experience in selling Managed Services, Data Centre Solutions and/or Networking Solutions within SEA.
- Sales or pre-sales experience in Telecommunications, Networking, or similar would be best suited for this position.
- Strong pre-sales and sales experience networking and/or managed services solutions would be ideal
- Deep understanding of the services market and the competition.
- Able to conduct technical discussions with clients to understand their technical needs in detail to be able to provide them with appropriate solutions.
- Great communication and presentation skills, with the ability to design practical and cost-effective solutions.
- Able to travel within the region to visit clients.
