Senior Tech Program Manager | Up to 9k | North

Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional teams at different company sites to roll out new programs in high-volume manufacturing (HVM).
  • Manage technical projects with factories and customers, being the go-to person for quality and New Product Introductions (NPIs).
  • Be the first point of contact for technical questions, working with Sales, R&D, and Engineering teams to fulfill customer requests.
  • Play a key role in the sales process by finding new opportunities and giving technical feasibility feedback to the sales and management team.
  • Start new package requirements, guide them through the Design/Simulation process, and coordinate with customers.
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle of new devices, from Design to Qualification to Production Ramp.
  • Review and understand customer IC product packaging needs, providing solutions within factory capabilities.
  • Define project specifications, coordinate Qualification builds, and ensure successful project closure, including production ramp.


Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 7 years of experience in IC assembly or the semiconductor field.
  • Understand Front-of-Line (FOL) and End-of-Line (EOL) assembly operations.
  • Familiar with Design of Experiments (DOE), reliability requirements, material selection, FMEA, and other quality tools.
  • Have strong problem-solving and organizational skills for daily customer support and program management.
  • Communicate effectively in small and large groups.
  • Work well independently and as part of global cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledgeable about Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Willing to travel when needed.
  • Flexible to work in US, Europe, and Asia time zones.
