Our client is a leading software company offering an innovative customer service platform that empowers businesses to elevate customer interactions through multi-channel support and advanced CRM tools. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Staff Software Engineer (Ruby on Rails) to join their team; this opportunity is based in India, Pune.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field

• At least 12 years of in-depth experience in software development

• Strong proficiency with Ruby on Rails

• Demonstrated ability in technical leadership, decision-making, and collaboration with global teams

• Familiarity with frontend technologies, including React and TypeScript

• Good experience working with relational databases like MySQL and Aurora

• Background in event-driven, distributed architecture utilizing Kafka

• Proven experience managing and delivering large-scale, complex projects

• Excellent communication skills
