Senior Java Developer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join a leading cryptocurrency exchange firm at the director level. This role is ideal for a technology leader who has a passion for coding, coupled with a strong background in designing and implementing complex systems.

Requirements

• Over 15 years of professional experience in Java development, with a proven track record in building and scaling complex systems.

• Extensive experience in hands-on coding, particularly in Java, with a deep understanding of object-oriented design principles and software architecture.

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience managing and guiding engineering teams.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with different stakeholders

• Experience with crypto trading, traditional trading core systems, or large-scale distributed systems is highly desirable.
