Sales Manager, Hardware (Thailand)

Job description

My client is a Tech MNC specialising in Retail POS Solutions, and they are looking to hire a Sales Manager to join them in their Thailand office.

In this role, you would be taking ownership of their Thailand business, driving business growth and revenue generation.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Primary contact for customers, business partners, OEM/service vendors, and internal teams.
  • Sell a range of retail hardware, software, and services.
  • Manage annual sales goals.
  • Communicate with senior executives of customers and partners.
  • Develop and implement country-specific sales strategies.
  • Understand procurement practices of large Thai retail enterprises.
  • Maintain relationships with senior executives in top Thai retail companies and business partners.
  • Increase business partners' year-on-year revenue.
  • Operate independently without local support.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of hands-on solutions sales experience in the Retail Industry
  • At least 3-5 years of retail POS solutions sales experience
  • Experienced in working on both business development and sales strategies to maximize revenue growth
  • Dynamic personality with the drive to win new business and an expert multitasker
