Regional Planning Associate Director

A leading and growing Medical Device company is looking to take its planning team to the next level. They are currently looking to hire a Regional Planning Associate Director for their Supply Chain team. Looking for candidates who have a strong Planning background.



Your main responsibilities will be in drive and end to end planning process for the assigned products within the region. This would include developing, maintaining and monitoring all S&OP/IBP processes including target setting, training, process maintenance and tool set use, to achieve an effective S&OP process. Demonstrate alignment to Global demand and supply planning process. You would have prior experience working in transformation into a centralized process.



You will be interacting with different regional Supply Chain team to lead the Regional Demand/Supply management plan throughout the process to ensure financial and Customer requirements are achieved. Along with planning you would also lead the unit and dollar demand forecast (including revenue and samples) review with other Counterparts.



You would also have a strong Customer Focus who would understand local and regional markets having a strong business insight. Someone who is innovative and come up with new, better and unique ideas to manage day to day problems. Have a strong track record to driving results by bottom line growth and strong revenue. Align with the Regional Supply Chain strategies, policies, compliance and procedures. Oversee the Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Continuous Improvement, purchasing and Inventory Optimization.



Looking for candidates with at least 12 - 15 years of extensive experience in end to end Planning, S&OP and IBP process managing a large product portfolio within the Medical Device or Pharma industry. Ideally you would have a strong interaction with cross-functional teams and working with all levels of the management team. Knowledge and experience in forecasting software and demonstrated proficiency in Excel.
