Regional Head of IT Infrastructure Delivery & Services

Introduction

Our client is a leading financial services institution with over 100 years of history and enjoys a strong regional presence, with their APAC headquarters based in Singapore.

They are currently looking for a Regional Head of IT Infrastructure Delivery & Services within their Technology Group. Reporting to the Head of Program Management, you will be accountable for managing IT Infrastructure Delivery and Services across the region. You will work closely with senior regional business stakeholders and C-levels to drive the IT Infrastructure Strategy and roadmap while making sure it is aligned with business goals. You will also lead a team of IT Specialists and external vendors to ensure day to day operational support of the IT systems.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree in computer engineering or other related fields of study
  • Has at least 10 to 15 years of IT Infrastructure Services and Delivery experience, with at least 5 years of senior regional leadership and management experience within the Financial Services industry
  • Strong experience in managing the design and deployment of IT Infrastructure platforms including Network, Servers, Storage
  • Strong experience in managing a team of IT Specialists / Engineers and external vendors to ensure the day-to-day operational support of IT Infrastructure platforms
  • Experience in leading Cloud migration programs from on - prem to public cloud such as AWS or Azure
  • Proven experience in managing regional IT Infrastructure projects including budgeting and cost saving
  • Strong experience with ITIL and IT Service management
  • Good knowledge of IT Risk, Governance & Compliance including MAS TRM
  • Certifications in Microsoft Azure or AWS would be a plus
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders and business leaders including C-level
