To qualify for the role of recruitment consultant with Ambition individuals should:

• Have previous experience in sales/business development, engineering or recruitment related roles, however we are open to considering recent graduates
• Be interested to develop your career in the the recruitment industry
• Be enthusiastic, motivated, target driven and enjoy building relationships
• Have Chinese language skills for communication with China based clients
