The Project Transformation Lead will focus on supporting strategic initiatives and business improvement projects to enhance process and organizational efficiency across the APAC region. Key responsibilities include managing workstreams within large transformation programs, leading process improvement projects, analyzing and implementing solutions, presenting findings to senior management, and maintaining client relationships.
Successful candidates should have at least 8 years of experience, including 5 years in business project management and transformation, with a background in banking or financial services. They should also possess strong leadership, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Travel in the APAC region may be required.
Please note this role is supporting the business on transformation projects, not technical projects. Technical PMs need not apply.
