PERM REGIONAL HR MANAGER

Our client is a MNC in the commodities industry

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for full HR generalist duties, including recruitment, employee lifecycle, compensation & Benefits, performance management, talent management, payroll operations ETC
  • Take leadership role in overseeing Regional HR functions
  • Provide professional advice to HQ and stakeholders to achieve business goals
  • Building company culture and people development
  • Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings
  • Formulate and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and global HR vision
  • Compensation & Benefits: Implement competitive compensation and benefits programs, regularly benchmarking against industry standards.
  • HR Operations: Streamline processes, leverage HR analytics, and ensure accurate HR reporting.
  • Participate in any other ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Degree and above
  • Experienced in commodities industry
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Strong in recruitment in traders and commodities functions
  • Excellent in communication skills

Salary ranges from $11000-$15000 per month
