Oversee qualification of new equipment, prepare technical reports, and manage release processes.
Collaborate with equipment engineering teams to set up and maintain Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems for PVD, plasma, and oven processes.
Provide technical training and support to address process issues encountered on the production floor.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure seamless implementation of new processes or technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing, with hands-on exposure to dry processes (e.g., plasma, sputtering) or wet processes (e.g., electrochemical plating, wet etching).
Strong analytical and statistical skills, with experience in SPC and structured problem-solving methodologies.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as JMP is essential.
Competent in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CAD tools and statistical software is a plus.
