Management Trainee - Finance

We are currently collaborating with a respected investment firm that has experienced recent growth. They are seeking to hire a Management Trainee for their team in Singapore. In this role, you will collaborate closely with portfolio finance teams to maintain financial control across investments, including reporting and performance monitoring. Additionally, you will conduct financial due diligence for potential acquisitions, provide post-deal support, structure debt, and optimize asset performance.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in finance, financial due diligence, reporting, and advisory services, with experience in a Big 4 firm being a plus.
• Strong understanding of fund accounting and finance is essential.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
