Job description

Our client is a leading global law firm known for their extensive international reach and expertise across various legal fields.

They are actively seeking a skilled L2 IT Support Analyst to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass performing Level 1 and 2 technical support via phones, remote connection, and on-site. You will also be responsible for supporting video and audio conferencing services. This role directly reports to the IT Support Team Leader in Singapore.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • At least 2 - 3 years of L1/L2 technical support experience
  • Strong hands-on experience in supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10/Microsoft 365/Microsoft Active Directory/Video Conferencing tools/AV
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management in the region
