Key Account Specialist (on-trade/on-premise)

Job description

My client is one of the largest beverage companies, and they are looking to hire a Key Account Specialist (On-trade/On-premise) to join them in their Singapore office. In this role you would be supporting my client's brand presence in the on-trade channel - HORECA, nightclubs, etc. You would be building strong relationships with key stakeholders, developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, secure partnerships to drive revenue growth
  • Account Management: Foster and maintain strong working relationships with on-trade accounts.
  • Promotions and Events: Work together with internal marketing stakeholders to develop promotional collaterals for events to build brand awareness and visibility.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Develop sales strategies based on market trends, competitor analysis, etc.
  • Admin: Prepare regular sales reports on sales performance and maintain accurate records.

Key Requirements

  • At least a few years of hands-on experience in on-trade/on-premise sales/key account management experience.
  • Experience in the beverage industry would be a bonus.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Team player and able to work independently.
  • Due to the nature of the role - be able to work weekends and weeknights as needed.
  • Sales-driven and strategic mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies.
