Job description

Our client is a prominent commodities firm with global presence, and one of the leading players in the industry. They are known as one of the largest traders with extensive production operations spanning across various resources.

They are actively seeking a skilled IT Application Support Analyst to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass performing Level 1 and 2 support for their ETRM applications, supporting the implementation of business process and relevant changes. This role directly reports to the IT Manager, ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of application support experience, ideally in a commodities firm
  • Strong hands-on experience in ETRM applications
  • Sound knowledge and technical expertise in SQL Server/Sybase/Oracle
  • Knowledge or experience in Zema/Triple Point Trading Systems/SAP Business Objects will be a plus
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management globally
