Intelligent Retrieval/RAG Lead

I'm hiring for my client - a global leading tech platform, innovation & research center. This position will lead a team of 15~20 people

Key responsibility:

• Ensure the technical competitiveness of search and recommendation advertisements by developing intelligent, scenario-based search technologies and addressing business challenges.
• Explore technical uncertainties, conduct multi-level research, and implement solutions across various scenarios.
• Connecting with leading conferences, promoting academic cooperation, and enhancing influence in the search and recommendation advertising domain.

Key requirements

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in academia or industry, with a preference for candidates who have served as Professors or Senior Architects specializing in search and recommendation systems.
• Proven experience in developing intelligent, scenario-based search technologies.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to identify emerging technology trends in search, recommendation, and advertising.
• Proficiency in RAG and LLM is a big plus

Location base: Singapore/Open to relocation from the world (work visa sponsored)
