Role Overview

The Testing Associate Engineer (Operator) is responsible for executing wafer and die testing processes, die sorting, and ensuring compliance with 6S standards in the cleanroom environment. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in science or engineering who are detail-oriented and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Testing Operations:

    • Perform wafer testing on designated platforms as per the schedule.
    • Execute die testing on specific platforms, ensuring timely completion.
    • Conduct die sorting tasks on sorting platforms according to the plan.

  2. Cleanroom Standards:

    • Maintain and manage 6S standards within the Fab to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and efficiency.

Ideal Requirements

  1. Educational Background:

    • Diploma or higher in science or engineering-related disciplines.

  2. Skills & Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with Fab environments, particularly in 6-inch or 8-inch facilities (preferred).
    • Basic English reading and writing skills to comprehend equipment labels and common cleanroom terminology.
    • Proficiency in using Windows operating systems and Office software.

  3. Experience:

    • Prior experience in Fab environments is preferred but not mandatory.
    • Open to candidates with no specific work experience, as long as they demonstrate the required skills and enthusiasm for the role.
