Our client is a leading payment company in Singapore. Acting as the invisible backbone for all digital money transfers within the country, their payment rail infrastructure and card network are leveraged by central banks, clearing houses, and commercial banks to provide payment solutions for both individual consumers and corporate clients.

They are looking for a Head of Security Operations to join the team. Reporting into the CISO, you will lead a team of cybersecurity professionals to manage and enhance the security posture of the organisation. You will lead and mentor the SOC team and oversee 24/7 monitoring and incident handling. You will manage daily security operations including incident response, vulnerability assessments, threat detection and ensure security tools are constantly improved and updated. You are required to provide strong leadership and guide the team in response to critical events by establishing proper incident response procedures. Finally, you will ensure operational compliance with relevant regulatory policies and standards.

If you have a strong track record in successfully managing security operations and leading teams, this role is for you.

To qualify, you must have the following:

• At least a Bachelor's Degree in Information Security or other related fields of study. Relevant cyber security certifications such as CISSP, CISM will be a plus.
• Over 10 years of working experience in cybersecurity operations with minimally 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Experience in a SOC environment and managing security operations and incident management is a must.
• Knowledge of MAS regulations.
