Our client, a global fintech company, specializes in advanced trading communications and connectivity solutions for the financial markets. We are seeking a Global Service Engineer to provide technical support for their client - a leading financial services firm in Japan. This role focuses on managing trader voice platforms, troubleshooting VoIP and network issues, and ensuring seamless communication for trading operations. This role is based in Tokyo, Japan.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience providing on-site technical support for trading floor technologies
  • Proven expertise in voice communication systems (PABX, Dealerboard, Voicemail, Voice Recorders - NICE/Cybertech) and/or VoIP solutions
  • Hands-on experience with networking and Cisco products is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with IT infrastructure technologies and troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting the financial services industry in a global environment is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in Japanese and English
  • Open to working weekend shifts as part of a rotational schedule
