Global Head of Talent Acquisition

About the company

One of the fast-growing Digital Finance / Fintech companies (Unicorn stage valuation, has global presence and business including Middle East, Europe, LATAM and Asia).

Key responsibilities

• Work together with the Global Head of HR to cover the strategy and management of Talent Acquisition across all the locations.
• Manage and develop the existing global recruitment team.
• Work closely with senior stakeholders such as CTO, COO, CMO, CEO, to make sure the hiring is aligned with business and technology strategy.

Key requirements

• Extensive leadership experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment in Tech/ Fintech/ Digital Finance/ E-commerce/ Online Media / Digital Tech or relevant industries with regional/global exposure, preferably in EMEA and Asia.
• Strong communication skills and analytical ability.
• Good understanding of Fintech talent market globally.
• Growth mindset, strong problem solving ability, entrepreneurship, and willing to get the hands dirty.
• Efficiency in both Mandarin and English is a must for global key stakeholder managements reason.

Location base: Dubai/ Singapore/ Asia.
