Full Set Accountant (Family Office)

The role involves managing the full range of accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger accounting. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate accounting records, performing data entry, assisting with audits, filing records and annual returns, reviewing invoices and quotations, and managing banking transfers. The position also requires using MS Excel and NetSuite for data management and reporting, applying basic data analysis skills, and creating graphical presentations for financial data.

Candidates should have relevant accounting experience and proficiency in MS Excel and NetSuite. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management are essential, along with basic skills in data analytics and graphic presentation. Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team are also important for the role. Candidates should have 2 years of audit experience and 2 years of commercial experience to apply. Simple consolidation experience is a plus.
