Customer Service Admin (3 months)

Job description

  • Regularly check and respond to emails to ensure timely communication and follow-up.
  • Accurately input data into relevant systems and databases.
  • Create and run reports using Excel templates to support data analysis and decision-making.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via telephone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
  • Provide administrative support to the customer service team, including data entry and filing.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel/ Word/ Outlook)
  • Prior experience in logistics will be an advantage
