Coordinating Nurse

Job description

I am partnering with one of the key global safety, health and wellbeing company providing their clients with tailored services all around the world. They are looking to hire a Coordinating Nurse to join their team in Singapore.

This role would have you responsible for regular communication with the client and providing their customers with efficient service and medical assistance.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct medical assistance cases and ensure due diligence.
  • Handle medical tasks and assess cases for appropriate assistance.
  • Guide case direction during daily handovers.
  • Communicate with doctors, patients, and families.
  • Provide medical input for case management planning.
  • Liaise with staff to manage cases efficiently through coordination with medical and logistics teams internally and externally.
  • Assess calls, provide telephonic assessments, and monitor treatments.
  • Source referrals and ensure appropriate care.
  • Ensure accurate and timely medical information.
  • Promote evidence-based decisions and document clearly.
  • Review and authorize medical treatments.
  • Uphold consent and confidentiality rules.
  • Deliver high-quality service and handle complaints professionally.
  • Assess medical evacuations and repatriations.
  • Maintain professionalism and support staff training.

Key Requirements

  • A valid General Nurse Active Registration/License (SNB License).
  • At least 5 years of nursing experience, with recent experience in acute care (ICU), emergency, critical or surgical care.
  • Experience in triage and clinical case management is highly desirable.
  • BCLS certification.
  • Critical thinking skills with great customer service experience.
