Job description

Our client is a prominent global financial intermediary and is one of the key market players in their space.

As part of their headcount expansion, they are actively seeking a skilled Cloud Support Analyst to join their organization. In this role, your responsibilities will encompass the management of crucial systems for reporting, as well as troubleshooting complex incidents. You will have a direct reporting line to the Team Lead, ensuring effective communication and support within the team.

To qualify, you must have the following:

  • Holds at least a bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 3 - 5 years of Application Support/AWS experience
  • Strong practical experience in Front/Middle Office application support
  • Strong technical expertise in AWS (IAM/EC2/VPC/S3/ELB/EBS/Security Groups/Route53 etc.)
  • Strong hands-on experience in Windows/Linux
  • Sound knowledge of DevOps processes and tools
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and management across different regions
