About the company

Key responsibilities

• Working in the Innovation Center, you will take lead to research and develop the algorithm of search and recommendation models.
• Explore innovative cutting-edge AI technologies, such as LLM, Ranking, RAG etc. to improve the model and application to the business.
• Develop and build the team.

Key requirements

• Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related filed.
• Minimum 5 years working experience in AI/ Machine Learning/ Algorithm space in Search/ Recommendation/ Ads model, with some in-depth research or project experience.
• Strong problem solving, root-cause analysis ability, innovative and advanced thinking.
• Language skills in both English and Mandarin are required to deal with multiple background stakeholders.
