Admin Assistant

Job description

Our client is a leading fragrance and beauty company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate and update sales reports using Excel
  • Provide administrative support for logistics and billing
  • Coordinate courier arrangements and team travel bookings
  • Update and maintain Excel templates
  • Take meeting notes and assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Fast learner, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment
  • Strong communication skills in both written and spoken English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP)
