6 MONTHS COMPENSATION SPECIALIST (TECH MNC)

Our client is a US tech MNC

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day compensation activities such as reviewing compensation transactions in the HR system, and conduct data analysis and reporting
  • Assist in manpower budgeting and performance appraisal exercises, including annual increment, bonus and promotion cycles
  • Assist with compensation processes such as bonus planning, annual compensation planning, equity planning, and promotions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure that compensation recommendations are sound and supported by data
  • Provide compensation support to the HR and business as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with global policies and guidelines.
  • Assist with global, regional and local projects as required
  • Provide advice and guidance related to compensation & benefits policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Degree and above
  • Experienced in workday will be a plus
  • Independent, self-starter with the ability to successfully handle multiple priorities and deal with ambiguity in a complex business environment.
  • Excellent process management, planning and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel)

Salary ranges from $5000 ~ $6500
