Job description

Job Responsibilities:
· Managing of escalated feedbacks and complaints from policy holders, agency and social media platforms
· Analyzing investigation reports
· Promptly resolve issues and providing of solutions/recommendations to involved parties
· Daily record and status update into system
· Identify areas for improvement
· Preparation of statistics and monthly/quarterly reports
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Diploma in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 year of relevant customer service experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
