After earning a bachelor's degree in business management, I began my career as a Management Consultant, focusing on the banking and financial services industries for two years. I later transitioned into recruitment as a specialist recruiter in finance and accounting at a 360-search firm. This role allows me to build strong, meaningful relationships with both clients and candidates. My goal is to become a trusted advisor in this field, known for offering deep industry expertise and valuable insights.
