Regional Finance Director, Spotify

Jody Ong, Spotify’s Finance Director for Asia Pacific, drives business strategy, growth and critical decision support as a key member of the finance leadership team that supports Spotify’s regional operations.

Since joining Spotify’s Singapore office in October 2016, Jody oversees the broad finance function in the region, which includes building strong regional and global partnerships, and leading and developing finance talents to support the business.

Jody joined Spotify after almost a decade at Microsoft where she held several key positions across Sales, Marketing, and Services Group, Consumer Channel Group and Financial Planning and Analysis Group.

With 19 years’ experience in the industry, Jody is experienced in the collaborative management of diverse groups of finance professionals. Passionate about the business as well as its people, Jody is experienced in delivering business results collaboratively and managing diverse groups of finance professionals.
